OPERATIONS

Sealed applications for the operation of the Park Hills SPORTS COMPLEX CONCESSION STAND will be received by the City of Park Hills, Missouri, at the office of the City Clerk located in Park Hills City Hall, 9 Bennett Street, from 8:00 a.m. on December 11, 2017 until 3:00 p.m. January 2, 2018.

The work in general consists of operation of the concession stand by purchasing and vending concession items, supervision of spectator and playground areas, and cleanup of the concession stand located at the Park Hills Sports Complex. The leasing period will be for two operating seasons, March 15, 2019 and ending October 31, 2019. The minimum leasing fee for each operating season is Five Thousand Dollars ($5000.00) payable in eight (8) monthly installments beginning April 15 of each year.

Copies of application packets consisting of an application form, concession stand information and contract documents may be obtained at Park Hills City Hall. The City of Park Hills reserves the right to reject any and all applications and to waive irregularities in the applications. Award will be made to the highest bidder meeting minimum qualifications. Park Hills is an equal opportunity Municipal Corporation. Final award of the contract is subject to City Council approval.
