FRANCOIS COUNTY, MISSOURI, EXCEPT ALL THAT PART CONVEYED TO THE STATE OF MISSOURI BY A WARRANTY DEED RECORDED IN BOOK 528 AT PAGE 29, AND EXCEPT THAT PART CONVEYED BY INSTRUMENT RECORDED IN BOOK 374 AT PAGE 119.
