The State of Missouri to the Father Dustin McNail and any other Unknown Fathers of A.E.M.:

You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court of St. Francois County, Missouri, the object and general nature which is an Petition for Guardianship.

The name of the Petitioners to said action Mary and Wayne Skaggs, and the name and address of the attorney for Petitioners is: Seth A. Pegram, 101 East Columbia Street, Farmington, Missouri 63640.

You are further notified that, unless you file an answer or other pleading or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid Petition within 45 days after the 30th day of December, 2017.
