THE STATE OF MISSOURI TO: NIKKI NICOLE DICUS; Natural Mother

You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced in the Circuit Court of St. Francois County, at Farmington, Missouri, Juvenile Division, by Petition, the object and general nature of which is termination of parental rights.

The names of all parties to said suit are stated above in the caption hereof and the name and address of the attorney for the Juvenile Officer is Tammy Steward, Attorney at Law, P.O. Box 30, Farmington, Missouri 63640. In addition, the name of the natural father of Serenity Nicole Jones is Bobby Lee Jones and the natural father of Shane Alexander Ashcraft and Ava Michelle Ashcraft is Joshua William Ashcraft; and the custodian of the children is the St. Francois County Children's Division.

You are further notified that, unless you file an answer or other pleading or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid Petition 45 days after the 9th day of January, 2018, judgment by default may be rendered against you.

It is Ordered that copy hereof be published according to law in the Daily Journal, a newspaper of general circulation published in the County of St. Francois, State of Missouri.
