NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE

Default having been made in the payment of that certain note secured by Deed of Trust executed by David N. Martin and Rebecca A. Martin, Tenancy by Entirety, dated August 20, 2013 and recorded on August 22, 2013 in Book 448, Page 0631, Office of Recorder of Deeds, Madison County, Missouri. The Successor Trustee will on March 8, 2018, between the hours of 9:00 o'clock A.M. and 5:00 P.M. more particularly at 12:30PM, at the Madison County Courthouse, One Court Square, South door, Fredericktown, MO 63645, sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash, the following real estate:

All of 20 feet off of the West side of Lot 9 and 40 feet off of the East side of Lot 10, in Block 2, in College Hill Addition to the City of Fredericktown, Madison County, Missouri. Being the same real estate conveyed to Grace Reeden by Administrator's Deed recorded in Book 119 at Pages 364-366 of the Madison County, Missouri Deed Records.

For the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness and the costs of executing this trust.
