For default in payment of debt and performance of obligation secured by Deed of Trust executed by Herman Carnell and Joeva Carnell, Husband and Wife dated June 14, 2004 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of St. Francois County, Missouri as Book 1542 Page 0073 and Re-Recorded on August 5, 2004 as Book 1546 Page 1506 the undersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said Note will on Monday, February 5, 2018 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., (at the specific time of 2:15 PM), at the South Front Door of the Court House, City of Farmington, County of St. Francois, State of Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash the following described real estate, described in said Deed of Trust, and situated in St. Francois County, State of Missouri, to wit:

ALL OF LOT SEVEN (7), BLOCK ONE HUNDRED SIX (106), TOWN OF CRAWLEY AS SHOWN ON A PLAT OF SAID TOWN RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5 AT PAGE 20 OF THE LAND RECORDS OF ST. FRANCOIS COUNTY, MISSOURI. ALL OF SURFACE RIGHTS ONLY IN AND TO LOT FOURTEEN (14), BLOCK ONE HUNDRED SIX (106), TOWN OF CRAWLEY AS SHOWN ON A PLAT OF SAID TOWN RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5 AT PAGE 20 OF THE LAND RECORDS OF ST. FRANCOIS COUNTY, MISSOURI.
