For default in payment of debt and performance of obligation secured by Deed of Trust executed by Catherine A Zakibe , and Jason Zakibe , wife and husband as joint tenants dated June 8, 2007 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of St. Francois County, Missouri in Book 1642, Page 10 the undersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said Note will on Monday, October 30, 2017 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., (at the specific time of 2:15 PM), at the South Front Door of the Court House, City of Farmington, County of St. Francois, State of Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash the following described real estate, described in said Deed of Trust, and situated in St. Francois County, State of Missouri, to wit:

ALL OF LOT ELEVEN (11), BLOCK II, TERRE DU LAC NO. 1, AS SHOWN ON A PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9 AT PAGE 55 OF THE LAND RECORDS OF ST. FRANCOIS COUNTY, MISSOURI.
