Desloge accepts registration for baseball

DESLOGE — Spring is almost here and Desloge is currently accepting registration for Desloge Community Baseball. City Administrator Greg Camp said informational flyers were distributed to students at North County, Central, West County and Bismarck last week.

“They are due back at city hall by March 29,” said Camp. “Do not return registrations to the schools. Bring them to city hall.”

Registration paperwork can be picked up at city hall between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday or can be downloaded at www.desloge.com.

Desloge Community Baseball is for boys and girls ages 4 to 15. The cost is $35 per player which includes a T-shirt and cap. The season begins May 17 and runs nine weeks. All games are played at Brightwell Park.

The city is also accepting bids to operate the concession stand at Brightwell Park. The bid is for a two-year contract. Information packets are available at city hall. For more information contact Camp at 573-431-3700.
