Fredericktown Lady Cats pick up a dominating win

PIEDMONT - The Fredericktown Lady Cats easily triumphed over Clearwater on Monday. Fredericktown led 22-4 after the first quarter, and continued that momentum throughout the contest. The Lady Cats traveled back home with a 69-14 win.
Fredericktown's Courtney Kemp scored 14 points which included one three-pointer. Kemp also made seven assists and seven steals. Betsy Royer scored four points and blocked six shots for the Lady Cats.
Fredericktown (15-2) will travel to Central on Thursday for a conference game.

Arcadia Valley 71, Valley 25
CALEDONIA - The Arcadia Valley Lady Tigers fired out of the gates hard against their conference foe, the Valley Lady Vikings. The Lady Tigers dominated Monday's contest with a 71-25 conference win.
Arcadia Valley, now 6-9 and 3-2 in conference, will host West County on Thursday. Valley (0-12, 0-7 MAAA) will host West County today.

PERRYVILLE - The Ste. Genevieve Hunters had a rough night against Perryville on Monday. Ste. Genevieve only trailed by one point at the half, but fell apart as Perryville led 35-23 after the third quarter. Perryville defended their home gym by the score of 56-34.
Ste. Genevieve's Lindsay Rhodes scored 18 points and was 8-9 from the charity stripe. Perryville's Amber Hacker made 15 points. She drained one three-pointer and made all six attempts from the free throw line.
The Hunters (5-10) will host Scott City on Wednesday.
