Hmm make me wonder. To all the peolpe running I wish the best of luck. Mr Mullins will be a fine young man to support. I guess if you want to talk about roads, drive around with a cup of hot water on you dash and see how long it take for it to spill. Let me tell you it won't take long for it to spill, you won't waste much gas. Good luck Mr Mullins.

A lot of people say things in private, but mr mullins made his personal beliefs known in a letter to the editor. As far as qualifications go, i want a commissioner who has some background/experience in road construction, budgets, administration, etc. What has mr mullins done with his degree in Business agriculture? He may be a "fine young man", but that is not a qualification for public office.

Go Mr.Mullins I say. As far as the qualifications for county seats go, I think all you need is a pulse. Just look at "some" of the people in office now. Mr. Jarvis will be a well deserved canidate also. Good luck to both.

I am a Mullin's supporter and I wish I had a $1 for everytime someone said they were not going to Walmart. Patrick is one of the finest young men you will ever meet. His qualifications- he has a degree in Business Agriculture, do you need anymore than that.

Responding to mud thrower man...
You are correct, Brad Robinson is innocent until proven otherwise, but obviously you haven't seen the video of him exiting the driver side of his vehicle and then claiming that he was not driving the vehicle at all. Here is the link in case you missed it http://www.dailyjournalonline.com/articles/2008/02/05/news/doc47a78e627c236144398897.txt Click on the link that says to view the video. Whether or not he has done a good job for the district is not the question, but ask yourself, if someone can look you square in the eyes and tell you that he was not driving and then the video comes out showing him switching places, is he going to represent all of the people in this district the same way he has represented himself? You decide.

Is Louie Seiberlich going to file for representative?

Mr Mullins wrote a scathing letter to the editor (in this newspaper) when the Wal-Mart in Desloge was under construction. He stated he and his family would never shop there. I recently ran into Mr Mullins in the Desloge Wal-Mart ! This shows he does not uphold his personal convictions. I cannot support him. I am also unclear as to what his qualifications would be for such a position.

i just want Mr. Jarvis to know that when I seen his name in the paper that he was running for county commissioner, I was very happy and pleased. I know that he will do a wonderful job for the county and he has my vote.

Brad Robinson
Did not do anything wrong.
He is innocent to proven guilty. It sounds like he was set up due to the election.
You people act like {vigilantes}
He has to have a job, and he does a good job for the 107th

I want to show support for Mr. Jarvis in the commissioner race. He is an upstanding man who will serve the people.
And i totally agree with "not shocked" related to brad "my wife was driving" robinson. You've lied to us enough, only got caught on one, but that will end your political "career". Maybe if you get lucky you can be a trustee at the Jail Brad. . .

This election will do one thing for me. It will determine how deep the good ole boy network in this county really is or if it exists at all.
Dan for experience and being a good ole boy or Eric for Education and experience? Hmmm?
How deep is the Good Ole Boy network? We'll find out.
Win or Lose, either way, we should have fun watching it unfold. Some cops like Dan. Some don't. Some people think Dan is a crook. Some people think Eric is a rookie. Who knows what may happen!?
It is rather humerous reading some of these posts. Some people have a clue, some don't. Do people know what is really going on....we'll find out.
November can't come fast enough for me. I wanna know who my new boss is so we can put this junk behind us. I don't care either way, but I am tired of hearing about it. I know how I am going to vote.
Dan has brought this department a long way. Eric can take it a long way. Oooooo this'll be good. GO SOMEBODY!!!

I guess Mr. Robison feels like he won't be convicted of any the charges that he is facing. If he is convicted, will he be able to run?

How much experience and education did Sheriff Bullock have when he started?
Everyone has to start somewhere.
The elections for Circuit Judges and Prosecutor are in 2010.
My opinion on Robinson is clearly stated under the story about him not planning on resigning.

I'm with you unbelievable. I couldn't believe it when I saw Robinson had filed for re-election. I can only imagine Robinson's campaign speech to the constituents in the 107th district. "Trust me. My wife did."
I'll be campaigning for Archie Camden.

To Inexperienced vs. Experienced... I don't have a problem with Bullock at all, but how can you say that the Robinson stuff was out of his jurisdition, HE'S the SHERRIFF of ST.FRANCIOS COUNY, the whole county, man o man...lol

I am not a relative or work with Dan Bullock, as long as he has been in office I have never heard anything negative about him........ohhhh yeah, bet the only thing is with the Robinson stuff, he only came as a friend..........he wasn't there when the people hit Mr. Marler, or when they changed places.......and it was all out of his juristiction, so there was nothing he could do anyway. MY VOTE GOES FOR DAN BULLOCK......Eric Bennett is not experienced enough to take on St. Francois County

Also, when is there another election for Prosecutor..also someone needs to consider running for this also. Lets break up this family affair with the circuit court and playing favorites..
