Boater safety class offered through MAC

Mineral Area College Continuing Education will offer the Missouri State Water Patrol's Boater Safety course, for ages 14 and up, from 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. March 29 in the Community Education Building located at the entrance of MAC's Park Hills campus.

The deadline to register is today.

Effective Jan. 1, 2005, any person born after Jan. 1, 1984, must successfully pass a Missouri Boater Education class and test before operating any motorized vessel.
