Vote for Little Miss and Master

The Little Miss and Master contest, sponsored by the Farmington Women of Today is in full swing. Little Miss and Master for 2008 will be announced during Country Days at 5 p.m. June 7 at the Long Park Gazebo.
Vying for this year’s title are the following couples:
Couple 1: Carter Murray, son of Dustin and Laura Murray and McKennah Wallace, daughter of Anthony and Kara Wallace — sponsored by First Bank.
Couple 2: Jonah Hagerty, son of Josh and Janna Hagerty and Peyton VarVera, daughter of Brian and Andrea VarVera — sponsored by El Tapatio Mexican Restaurant.
Couple 3: J.P. Ruble, son of Matt and Misty Ruble and Jadyn Wood, daughter of Matt and Janet Wood — sponsored by Bakers Photography.
Couple 4: Jackson and Emma Umfleet, children of Jeff and Tina Umfleet — sponsored by Mega Sports.
Couple 5: Charles Bequette, son of Chuck and Lisa Bequette and Bailey Smith, daughter of Tim and Amanda Smith — sponsored by First State Community Bank.
Couple 6: Jacob A. Merritt, son of Shawn and Misty Merritt and Sydney A. Boyer, daughter of Jesse and Jamie Boyer — sponsored by Merritt Homes, LLC.
Couple 7: Cole Cunningham, son of Denver and Amanda Cunningham and Hollie Bryant, daughter of Brandon and Tara Bryant — sponsored by Burlbaws Jack ‘N Box Daycare.
Couple 8: Ethan Wood, son of Daniel and Robyn Wood and Emily Portell, daughter of Darrell and Melissa Cureton and Dennis Portell — sponsored by Kohut Construction and D & R Disposal.
The voting boxes will be located at the following businesses: The McDonalds locations at Karsch Boulevard and Highway (W) 221; Ross Minit Mart at 1025 Ste. Genevieve Avenue; Plummer’s How-To Store at 101 East Liberty; Oasis Christian Book Store at 102 West Columbia; and Cici’s Pizza at 798 Market.
Voting will be one penny per vote and will be collected in official Women of Today voting boxes only. First, second and third place winners will be named and the decision of the Farmington Women of Today committee will be final. Voting boxes will be collected from the businesses on Friday, June 7 by 6 p.m.
