The two-day program, created exclusively for entry-level field managers, takes place in Rosemont, Ill. and offers advisors a chance to enhance their business through various management disciplines.
“This training program was a great opportunity to ‘fine tune’ my manager skills and gain a wealth of information on how to maintain success as a Unit Manager. I’m excited to come home and apply this information,” Werning said. “The company does a terrific job of supporting their advisors and their business ventures with providing training programs such as UMU. It’s exciting to be a part of an organization that places so much emphasis on support.”
