Breastfeeding Baby Shower
Over 95 people attended the Fifth Annual Breastfeeding Baby Shower, sponsored by St. Francois County Health Center. The shower was held August 8 at Mineral Area Baptist Church. Games were played and prizes won. Each pregnant or breastfeeding guest left with gifts, ranging from a 4 in 1 bassinet to gift certificates from local businesses. Information about free breastfeeding classes, a newly formed breastfeeding task force, and MOMS Club (Moms Own Milk Support) are available online at www.sfchc.org.
