Brown Shoe Company making changes

In response to inquiries about the changes being made at Brown Shoe Company in Fredericktown, Public Relations Manager Dorothy Bell has said, “Brown Shoe has not made any decisions about the Fredericktown distribution center. What we can (say) is that there will be a change in our distribution that will affect our Fredericktown employees.”
Employees were brought up to date on what the company is doing at a meeting last Tuesday, August 12.
The Fredericktown Distribution Center employees about 105-110 people.
