Submitted by Jamie Hargis
JP’s 7th Midwest Cub-Arama is set for September 25-27 this fall at JC/Priest Parks in downtown Fredericktown. For those of you wondering all the details on the show or those who have not yet been able to attend, here is the basic information of this special 7th annual event. Mark your calendars to attend as there are only 5 short weeks to go.

The Cub-Arama is a tractor show for the International Harvester/Farmall Cub tractor line, which includes the Cub, Cub Loboy, and Cub Cadet tractors. This is the only tractor show to feature the Cub line front and center each year. The past two years have also brought in other items produced by the International Harvester Co. It has been pleasing to see a growing selection of other IH tractors, Trucks and Scouts at the show.

The Cub-Arama is celebrating its 7th year and has grown by leaps and bounds since it all began in 2002. This “little” show, as it started out, is now hosting near 300 tractors that arrive from as many as 25 states and Canada! Tractor enthusiast from coast to coast and boarder to boarder come by car, trucks towing trailers, semi-tractor trailer loads, and RV’s or just drive their little tractors to the show grounds .

Thursday, September 25 will be used as a set up day with a majority of the participants arriving before the days end, if not the day before. The schedule of events starts on Friday morning with two full jam packed, fun filled days for both Friday and Saturday being planned.

Fredericktown is quickly becoming know nationally for its beautiful, quaint park and charming old time atmosphere among tractor enthusiasts who look forward to and plan up to a year in advance to take the colorful autumn drive every year to participate in this event.
