Article:	Foundation Chosen for Hands-on Experiential Learning Project (HELP) The Mid America Alliance, a regional arts organization serving cultural organizations in its member states of Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma and Texas has selected The Foundation for Historic Preservation of Fredericktown as one of only twenty organizations in Missouri to participate in the HELP project. In Missouri, HELP is implemented in partnership with the Missouri Arts Council and made possible through the generosity of the Institute of Museum and Library Services and the Missouri Arts Council. HELP provides museums with on-site, affordable learning opportunities that improve skills in areas critical to successful museums today.
