For the fifth year, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines (FHLB Des Moines) has chosen a Capital Community in each of its District states of Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota and South Dakota. The Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines is committed to supporting these communities which were chosen based on community spirit, collaboration, economic growth and development. FHLB Des Moines will be honoring Fredericktown, the Missouri Capital Community, with a community celebration and the presentation of a $15,000 cash award.   

WHAT:  Capital Community Award Celebration

The celebration will recognize the outstanding contribution the citizens of Fredericktown have made to sustaining and revitalizing their local economy.

WHO: Representatives from the Fredericktown Economic Development, FHLB Des Moines members, as well as many other community partners will be honored during the event.
