City Chosen as 2008 Missouri Capital Community Representatives from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines (FHLB-Des Moines) were at the Pickin’ on the Square Grand Finale on October 3, 2008 to present the City of Fredericktown with a grant for $15,000 as part of the Bank’s Capital Community Award Program.
