Missouri Governor Matt Blunt has issued a Commission appointing Attorney Daniel P. Fall Prosecuting Attorney for Madison County, Missouri.

The former prosecuting attorney, Lora E. Cooper submitted her resignation in September, 2008. Cooper’s law office remains in Fredericktown.

Fall said, “The job is an important one and needs to be filled.” He said, I’ll do the best that I can to help the community and do justice.

Fall said he will be requesting assistance from two other members of the law firm, Nathan Bollinger and Scott Reid.

Fall is a partner with the firm of Schnapp, Fall, Silvey and Reid LLC at 135 E. Main St. in Fredericktown.
