Article:	Madison Medical Center Board of Trustees Meeting The Madison Medical Center Board of Trustees met at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 8, 2008, for their regular monthly meeting. The following board members were present: Melba Fadler, Mike Baker, Bob Schwent, and Kent Marler. Board Members Absent: Arthur Myers. MMC staff present: Rodney Gross, Administrator; Lisa Twidwell, CFO; Jennifer Penuel, COO/Human Resources Director; Cindy Dulaney, Acute Care DON; Carol Hyatt, Physician Office Manager; Marty Lynch, Home Health Director; Joe Barnhouse, Purchasing Director; Maureen Medley, Administrative Assistant. Also attending were Susy Thomas-Helms, who will replace Marty Lynch as Home Health Director on October 16, and Kathy Tripp, who is the new Data Processing Manager.
