The Madison County Extension Council held their annual Awards Banquet on February 27,2009. The banquet was held at Pinecrest Camp in Cherokee Pass.

An estimated 90 people gathered for the meal. Honored guest State Representative Shelley Keeney (MO-156) was the keynote speaker for the evening.

Master of Ceremonies was Rick Polete.

The dinner guests enjoyed a meal of either beef or fish with a variety of side dishes, drinks and dessert to complement the excellent meal.

Outgoing Officers were Shea Davis-Chair, Donna Kranjec, Vice-Chair, Irene Cureton-Secretary, and Wesley Royer-Treasurer.

Outgoing council were Dave Ward, Dennis Bradford, Mona McDowell, John Brewen, and Cara Robbs.
