Chamber Fourth of July Event
After being hit with the devastating storms, we as a community need to band together and remember in the midst of tragedy, we still have an amazing gift to be thankful for…our freedom.  Please take this as your personal invitation to join together and celebrate our independence during the first Madison County Chamber of Commerce 4th of July Festival.

The festival will be on Saturday, July 4th beginning at 2pm.  The festival will include craft vendors, food vendors, craft competitions (quilting, knitting, crocheting, photography, drawing, etc.), eating contests, window decorating contest, yard decorating contest, wiffle ball tournament, volleyball tournament, horse shoe tournament, truck pull, tasting competitions  (jellies, jams, pickles, relishes, etc.), car show, truck pull, games and much, much more.

You can enter the eating competitions the day of the festival.  Wiffle ball and volleyball contestants need to pre-register their teams.  You can call the Chamber office at 783-2604 to register your team today.  Also if you would like to enter your business or yourself in the Yard or window decorating contest please let us know by June 29th. Brothers Finch will be performing from 7pm until the fireworks begin and again after the fireworks are over.  If you haven't heard their songs, check them out at www.brothersfinch.com  Hope to see you there!!
