These poor children are injured because the father didn't secure them in the vehicle properly. How sad. Why is he not being held accountable?

I agree. He should be charged with 2 counts of endangering the welfare of a child, no seat belts, careless and imprudent, and if he was speeding, then speeding as well. I hope he takes this lesson to heart and buckle up those babies. As for the 6 yr old... I hope she pulls through, if she is anything like my 6 yr old she is strong and will make it. God Bless you sweet heart.

Shame on Mr. Howell for not buckling his children in the car. I hope he learned his lesson.

We live on B hwy on crocker court. This is a very dangerous curve and there are accidents all the time. People need to slow down. Also we need a sign up for that curve in the road. No one should ever drive a car with a child unless they are in a car seat or seat belt. I am sure this is not the last accident I will hear, I hope eventually they do something to help.

The guy from ParkHills should be arrested and charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, not to mention other possible charges. What kind of parent puts a six and three year old in the car without seatbelts?Thats crazy and I dont see how anyone can be that dumb or careless.
