Linda Sue Crabtree, 62, of Nashville, Tennessee, (formerly of Cherokee Pass, Missouri), died October 19, 2009 at the Summit Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.
She was born October 7, 1947, in St. Louis, a daughter of Harold and Jeanette (Williams) Stufflebean. In Edwardsville, Illinois, she was united in marriage to Ira Franklin Crabtree, who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Crabtree was also preceded in death by her parents; one grandson, Dustin Agers; and six brothers: John, Tommy, Wayne, Randall, Paul and Harold Jr.
She is survived by two sons, Jerry Scaggs of Nashville, Tennessee and Teddy Stufflebean of Alton, Missouri; four daughters, Jeanette Stufflebean, Tara Agers and Debbie Crabtree all of Alton, Missouri, and Sonya Harris of Kansas; one brother, Ronnie Stufflebean of Illinois; four sisters, Sandy White of Cherokee Pass, Debra Albreath of Fredericktown, Jennie Wulf of Jerseyville, Illinois, and Diane Boyles of Salem, Missouri
She had 12 grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Crabtree was a homemaker; she loved to cook and enjoyed canning, quilting and gardening.
She was of the Protestant faith.
Funeral services were held October 23, 2009 at Wilson Funeral Home, with Brother George Land officiating. Burial was at the Revelle Cemetery in Cherokee Pass, Missouri.
Pallbearers were: Jerry Scaggs, Debbie Crabtree, Chris Harris, Bretten McElhaney, Justin Agers and Timmy Agers.
