Willard Carroll Francis, 68, of Fredericktown, Missouri, died October 23, 2009 at Stockhoff Memorial Nursing Center in Fredericktown. 

He was born September 14, 1941 in Fredericktown, a son of Oscar Willard and Artie Eileen      (Hovis) Francis. 

His parents preceded him in death.

Mr. Francis is survived by  one brother, Harold "Jim" Francis of Marquand; four sisters, Zella Rainey and Jean Gallinger, both of Anderson, California, Cora Mae Major of Imperial, and Bessie Wall of Fredericktown; and several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Francis worked for Chrysler Automotive Manufacturing and enjoyed hunting, fishing and reading.

Funeral services were held  October 27, 2009 at Wilson Funeral Home, with Brother Clyde Bess officiating. Burial was at Revelle Cemetery in Cherokee Pass, Missouri.

Pallbearers were: Darian Bowling, Bob Tesreau, Daniel Rhodes, Marvin Starkey, Adam Smith and Bob Dwornick.

Honorary pallbearers were: Logan Bowling, T.J. Bowling, Corey Tesreau and Brandon Tesreau.
