The 6th annual Seeds of Wisdom fair for women over the age of 35 took place Thursday morning. The fair is sponsored by Parkland Health Center, BJC Behavioral Health and BJC Home Health and Hospice. Women received information on nutrition and cooking demonstration, treatment and prevention of heart disease and exercise and staying in shape. Dr. Nancy Wegge was the special keynote speaker talking about balance in life. Pictured are women at the fair having their blood drawn. The event was held at the Farmington Community Centene Center.
