Ozark Regional Library Fredericktown will host a series of Chair Yoga sessions, lead by Melissa Kline.
Chair yoga is a series of gentle stretches and poses done while sitting in a chair. It improves range of motion, strength and balance and is designed for those who want to stretch but feel less secure with their balance and strength (make sure your doctor approves of gentle stretching).
There is no cost and no special equipment is needed. Wear comfortable clothing. Come join the fun.
Chair yoga will be on Wednesdays at 10 a.m., September 20 and 27 and October 4, 11, 18, 25.
