Two injured in area crashes

A local woman was injured in a rollover crash Wednesday night off Lambeth Road.

An area woman was injured in a crash at 8:20 p.m. Wednesday on Lambeth Road in St. Francois County.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Judith Henson, 56, of Valles Mines, was driving her 2006 Dodge Caravan southbound on Lambeth Road just north of Route K when the vehicle went off the left side of the road and overturned.

Henson was wearing her seat belt and was taken to St. Anthony’s Medical Center by St. Francois County Ambulance with moderate injuries.

In an unrelated accident, one woman was injured in a two-vehicle crash in Washington County Tuesday at 5:45 p.m. on Route H.

According to the patrol report, Peer R. Pearson, 65, of Richwoods, was stopped on Route H at Calico Farm Court in his 1993 Chrysler Sebring in anticipation of a left turn. Jessica DeClue, 37, of Grubville, was driving her 2015 Dodge Dart eastbound on Route H when she failed to stop and rear-ended Pearson.

Everyone was wearing their seat belts and DeClue was taken to Washington County Memorial Hospital by Washington County Ambulance with minor injuries.

DeClue is also being charged for allegedly driving while intoxicated.
