PACIFIC, Mo. – Brendon Hardy delivered a superb game at both ends of the floor just hours after signing with Missouri Baptist on Thursday.

The Farmington senior netted 25 points and claimed six rebounds while also drawing a major defensive assignment during a 58-47 victory at Pacific.

Hardy helped limit Cameron VanLeer to 17 points on 6-of-21 shooting, and Farmington increased a 26-25 halftime lead to 40-36 after three quarters.

Tycen Gray supplied 21 points and 16 rebounds in another double-double for the Knights (17-9).

VanLeer added 11 rebounds, and Ryan Sauvage scored 11 points for Pacific.


North County 41, Perryville 32

PERRYVILLE, Mo. – The North County girls basketball team limited Perryville to four points in each of the first two quarters on Thursday to end its regular season with a 41-32 victory.

The Lady Raiders grabbed a 23-8 lead at halftime by executing offensive and defensive sets early on. Ella Gant paced all players with 14 points, and Kayleigh Winch provided 13 for North County.

The Lady Raiders (15-11) will face De Soto in Class 4, District 2 first-round action on Saturday in Farmington.

Sydney Spears finished with nine points, and Mia Kurre added eight for Perryville (10-16).
