FARMINGTON — Robert Lee Covington, 85, died Dec. 30, 2002, Mineral Area Regional Medical Center. Born Jan. 20, 1917, Bonne Terre, to the late Josiah Reed and Bessie Pearl (Vandiver) Covington. Preceded by four sisters, three brothers.
Survivors: Wife, Lorraine (Hoh) Covington, Farmington; son, Rev. Donald (Cathy) Covington, St. Clair; step-children: Steven Larkins, Maryville, Nancy Hutsell, Kansas City; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
Member: First Baptist Church, 55+ Club. Volunteer: Farmington Nutrition Center, Ministerial Alliance Helping Hands.
