Three suffer injuries in accident

A two-vehicle accident on Highway 8, just west of the county line in Washington County injured three people on Wednesday.

Terry Revelle, 19, Farmington, sustained moderate injuries when the vehicle he was driving lost control on a snow-covered roadway, skidded across the centerline and was struck by a car driven by Donald Yates, 70, Park Hills, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

Also injured was Jennifer Maurice, 17, Farmington, a passenger in Revelle’s vehicle. Yates sustained minor injuries as well.

All injured parties were taken to Washington Memorial Hospital in Potosi by Washington County Ambulance.
