Daily Journal opens online Web site to honor area service men and women

The Daily Journal is supporting our nation’s troops by placing your photographs and information about your friends or family who are serving on active duty in the military on our Web site, www.mydjconnection.com, and in periodic issues of the Daily Journal.

If you would like to have your family members serving in the military listed on the Web site, send us an e-mail with a little information about them to emedia@mydjconnection.com, mail it to The Daily Journal, P.O. Box A, Park Hills, Mo., 63601, to the attention of the e-media department or drop it off at our Park Hills or Farmington offices.

Don’t give the exact locations where the individuals are serving, but do let us know what school they graduated from or something like that to identify the person.

Please include your name and relationship to them, along with your address and phone number. Contact information won’t be published. The information is just in case there are some questions about the submitted materials.

If you have a photo of the service man or woman, send it by e-mail or bring us a photo to scan. All photos will be returned as soon as possible.
