Farmington soccerrettes sufferloss to Jackson
FARMINGTON — The Farmington Knightettes team played host to the Jackson Lady Indians on Tuesday. Farmington started the match with a bang, but Jackson quickly took control and cruised to an 11-1 victory over the Knightettes.
Amanda Gordon continued her excellent season with an unassisted goal in the opening minute of the game to give the Knightettes a 1-0 lead. However, It was all Lady Indians from there. Jackson enjoyed a 6-1 lead at halftime, and added five more goals in the second half for the easy win.
Marcy Dotson made 11 saves in the game for Farmington. The Knightettes are now 4-6 on the season, and will host Oakville on Thursday.
