Concert band will perform at Bismarck graduation ceremony
Bismarck R-V school district will hold commencement ceremonies at 8 p.m. today for the Class of 2003.
Speakers will be Superintendent Dr. Damon Gamble and High School Principle Gary Milner, with performances by the concert band.
