Virgie Leona West

BISMARCK – Virgie West, 86, of Bismarck, passed away June 20, 2003, in St. Louis. She was born Oct. 28, 1916, in Kansas City, daughter of the late Harry Vincent and Lillie Mae Caswell Burns. Preceded in death by her husband William Orville West, brother Raymond Burns, and infant brother, sister Minnie Louise Siebert. Survived by two sons: William O. West of Kingdom City; and Vincent E. West and wife Vicki 0f St., Charles. Two daughters: Lawna Jean Hahn and husband Charles of St. Louis; and Orva Louise Smith and husband Virgil of Crest View; four grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Sunday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Shipman Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Monday, 3 p.m., at the Shipman Chapel with Elder Perry Robinson officiating. Burial will be in the Bismarck Masonic Cemetery.
