Alma Bayless

FARMINGTON — Alma Bayless of Knob Lick passed away on November 30, 2003, at Parkland Health Center at the age of 90 years. She was born on November 12, 1913, in Madison County, the daughter of the late Peter A. and Laura (Canterberry) Jensen. She was also preceded in death by two brothers Jesse E. Jensen and Roy G. Jensen.

She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Robert L. Bayless, a son Edwin Dale Bayless and wife Minnie of Knob Lick, a daughter Patricia (Mrs. Charles Barty) Pirtle of St. Peters, two grandchildren, Randall Dale Bayless of Knob Lick and Shelia (Mrs. Jason) Bickle of Sharon Hill, Pa., and four great-grandchildren, Kennith and Robert Bayless and their mother Sandy Bayless, and Duncan and Melanie Bickle. Several nieces, nephews and friends also survive.

Friends may call at the Cozean Memorial Chapel after 5 p.m. on Monday, December 22, 2003, with a memorial service at 7 p.m. with Rev. Donn Adamson officiating. Complete obituary is online at: .
