BOLIVAR — Marilyn Briley of Bolivar, Missouri was born February 1, 1943, in St. Louis Missouri. She passed away Friday, December 26 at the Citizens Hospital in Bolivar being 60 years of age.
Surviving are two daughters, Melody and husband Chris Warren of Gillette, Wyoming. Misty and Husband Heath Huehl of Rapid City, South Dakota. Two granddaughters, Megan and Daneca Warren. Three grandsons, Brent Braydon and Bryan Briley. One stepdaughter, Rebecca Huehl. Two foster children, Buddy Briley and Juanita Briley Carrall.
Two brothers, Carl Carver of Bend, Oregon and Alvin Carver of Mobile, Alabama. Five sisters, Pearl Hutchings of St. Louis; Marjorie and Husband Virgil Shipp of Oakhurst, California; Shirley Rundel of Bolivar; Margeret Hawkinson, of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Beverly Conway of Bismarck Missouri.
Many friends in Bolivar with several brothers and sisters in Christ at Aldrige United Methodist Church.
Graveside services 11 a.m. Saturday at the Woodlawn Cemetery in Leadington under the direction of the Caldwell Funeral Home in Park Hills. A memorial service will be held at the Aldrige United Methodist Church at 1 p.m. Sunday.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Major and Irene “Smith” Carver, her husband, Ted Briley, two brothers, Harley and Orville Carver, two sisters, Imogene Hendrich and infant Dorothy Jane Carver.
