Potosi inmate dies of apparent natural causes
POTOSI — Lawrence Coppaway, 77, an inmate at the Potosi Correctional Center, died Thursday of apparent natural causes following a lengthy illness.
Coppaway was serving a life sentence without the possibility of parole for Murder in the First Degree on charges from Cape Girardeau County. Coppaway was received in the Missouri Department of Corrections on March 21, 1995.
