Frances Lavada Smith

FARMINGTON – Frances Lavada Smith passed away on May 14, 2004, at Country Meadows of Park Hills, at the age of 94 years. She was born on June 23, 1909, in Fredericktown, the daughter of the late Charles and Lula Villars. She was also preceded in death by her husband Lewis Smith.

She is survived by two sisters, Geraldine Villars of Mexico, Mo., and Eva Parker of St. Louis. Also surviving are a niece, several nephews and other friends.

A graveside service will be held at the Masonic Cemetery on Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. with Dr. David Webster officiating. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Cozean Memorial Chapel. Complete obituary is online at: .
