Chamber hosts Business and Industry Picnic
PARK HILLS — The Park Hills Chamber of Commerce recently hosted its 12th Annual Business & Industry Picnic at Columbia Park. More than 70 Chamber members and their families attended the annual event. Entertainment was provided by “The Three Friends” – Ray Wampler, Teresa Schumer, & Scott Hagerty.
Dinner was catered by Glenda Straughn, Sharon Meier, and Colleen Williams and included everything from salad, shredded beef & pork, loaded potatoes, green beans and rolls to homemade ice cream and cobbler. Those in attendance received complementary flashlights, and various door prizes were given away.
The Business and Industry Picnic is an annual event held to show appreciation to the members of the Park Hills Chamber for their support of the chamber, as well as their continued devotion to the economic growth of Park Hills and the surrounding county. The picnic is free to those in attendance through the generous donations of the following sponsors: Missouri Natural Gas Company, Ameren UE, Bank Star of the Leadbelt, First Bank, First State Community Bank, New Era Bank, US Bank, Schaefer Water Centers, and Pepsi-Cola Bottlers.
