Hegcorth and McGee unite in marriage

Susan Hedgcorth, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Dodson of Bonne Terre, and Michael McGee, the son of Vernell “Fibber” McGee of Farmington wish to announce their marriage.

The couple exchanged their vows June 29, 2004 at Whispering Winds Chapel in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. The wedding took place in a gazebo high in the Smokey Mountains. A very spiritual ceremony was performed by Rev. Stanley Carter.

During the ceremony, the groom played his guitar and sang a song he composed for the bride entitled, ” For Eternity.”

Special attendants at the wedding were the bride’s cousin, Joyce Russell, and her daughter, Katherine Russell.

The couple honeymooned in the Smokey Mountains. They now reside in Desloge.
