Hardy/Senkel

Dr. and Mrs. Stanton Lee Hardy of Desloge are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Katherine Michelle of Farmington, to Mr. David P. Senkel of Festus, Missouri.

Miss Hardy is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Garland Marler of Elvins and the late Mr. and Mrs. Amos Hardy of Farmington. She is a graduate of North County High School and Westminster College. Miss Hardy received her Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law, and is an attorney in Farmington at the Hardy Law Firm. She has been a member of, G.F.W.C. Federated Club, Missouri Bar Leadership Academy, the Junior League of St. Louis and the Nancy Weber Garden Club.

Mr. Senkel is a graduate of Grove City (PA) College and he received his Juris Doctorate from Creighton University School of Law. Mr. Senkel has previously served in the United States Air Force as a Captain of Intelligence. He is currently an attorney with the Hillsboro law firm of Thurman, Weber, Howald, Senkel and Norrick, and is an owner of Wee Care Learning Center in Festus, Missouri. Mr. Senkel is active in many civic and community organizations in the Jefferson County area.

The couple is planning a spring wedding, and following their marriage they will reside in Festus, Missouri, while each will continue to practice law with their currently established law firms.
