Ozarks Federal Appoints New Manager

Ozarks Federal announced the appointment of James V. Winch, Jr. as branch manager of the association’s Fredericktown office. Winch began his employment at Ozarks Federal June 1, 2004 and assumed his duties in Fredericktown on Friday, April 8, 2005. Winch has considerable experience in lending operations and management. He served as office manager and area manager for several local finance companies during the past 10 years. CEO Dennis McIntosh of Ozarks Federal stated, “We’re looking forward to the fresh perspective James will give to the position of branch manager at our Fredericktown location. Ken Chapman has been a very community oriented manager and his assistance in introducing James to our Fredericktown customers and area organizations will be invaluable.”

Winch is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He lives in Farmington with his wife Angie and their two children.
