Brad Lewis

FARMINGTON – Paul Bradley “Brad” Lewis, 17 years 9 months old, passed away Monday, April 25, 2005, at 4:15 a.m., at St. Johns Mercy Medical Center, Creve Coeur, Missouri, from a head-on vehicle accident, Saturday, April 23rd. Brad was born July 21, 1987, at Farmington Community Hospital, Farmington, Missouri, to Richard William Lewis, Sr., and Donna Sue (Eaton) Lewis. Brad was preceded in death by his grandparents: Paul William Lewis, Farmington, and Darmon Carl Eaton, of Park Hills. Great-Grandparents: Mr. and Mrs. Charles (Myrtle) Keith of Libertyville, Missouri; Mr. and Mrs. Vernle (Alta) Eaton, of Desloge; Mr. and Mrs. Wesley (Marie) Keen of Bonne Terre, Missouri.

Brad was a Junior at Farmington High School. He was a member of the Farmington Knights Baseball Team. Brad was a tutor at Jefferson Elementary School. Brad was employed at Farmington Ponderosa Steak House. Brad’s passions in life were baseball, his family and his friends.

Survivors include his parents: Richard and Donna (Eaton) Lewis, of Farmington. Two Brothers: One Sister; Mr. and Mrs. Jason Eden (Alicia Pallo), of Park Hills; Twin Brother and Sister: Rachael (Ray Ray) Lewis and Richard (Reggie) Lewis, both of the home. Grandmothers: Harriet (Therien) Lewis, of Farmington and Betty (Keen) Eaton, of Park Hills. Two Nieces: Madison and Ava Eden, of Park Hills. Aunts and Uncles: Mr. &. Mrs. Terry Eaton (Connie Pinson), Park Hills; Mr. Steve Lewis, of Denison, Texas; Mr. and Mrs. David Lewis (Barbara) of Carrollton, Texas; Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Lewis (Yvette) of Paradise, Texas. Five Cousins: Matt (Tiffany) Eaton and Dalton, Park Hills; Crystal Eaton, Park Hills; Jake Lewis, Denison, Texas; Brittany and Blake Lewis, Paradise, Texas; Special Adopted Grandfather: Jim Wilbanks, Potosi, Missouri; Very Special Girlfriend: Angie Korn, Farmington. Special family friends: Amanda Stratton, Michael Hartupee, Jake Hise, Ryan Miller, Brandon Wilson. Special Teacher: Lea Eaton. Many more family and friends survive him.

Visitation will be Wednesday, April 27, 2005, at Taylor Funeral Service, Inc., Farmington, 4-9 pm. Visitation will resume Thursday morning, 7 a.m. – 12 Noon. Funeral services will be Thursday, 2 p.m., at the House of Praise Church, Desloge, Missouri, with Brother Donnie Bone officiating. Interment will follow at St. Francois Memorial Park in Bonne Terre, Missouri. Memorials to: * American Heart Association.
