Charges pending on two women suspected of breaking into package store

DESLOGE – Authorities have two female subjects in custody who police say broke in to the R B’s Western Package store during the overnight hours of June 21.

“The burglary was discovered by an employee who came to open the store the morning of June 22,” said Desloge Police Chief James Bullock. “The employee discovered that money was missing and that the doors were opened.”

Bullock said during the investigation two women were arrested.

“We arrested a 26-year-old Desloge woman on June 22 and then arrested a 22-year-old Bonne Terre woman on June 23,” Bullock said. “At this time we are not sure if a third person was involved. The investigation is ongoing.”

Bullock said charges are pending against the two female subjects.
