Billy McIntyre

PARK HILLS – Billy Durel McIntyre Jr. of Park Hills was born February 28, 1954, in St. Louis, Missouri. He passed away Wednesday, July 20, at the Mineral Area Regional Medical center in Farmington being 51 years of age.

Surviving are his father, Billy D. McIntyre Sr. of Cahokia, Illinois. His fiancé, Christine Robinson of Park Hills. His children, one son, Anthony McIntyre of Park Hills. One daughter, Melissa McIntyre of Park Hills. Christine’s children: One son, James Scholz, of Park Hills; two daughters, Sierra Rodriguez of Park Hills, Hope Horne of Park Hills, two grandsons, Richard House and Billy Aidan McIntyre. One Brother, Phillip McIntyre of Cahokia, Illinois. Two sisters, Barbara Waln of Festus. Nancy Lorentzen of Cahokia, Ill. Several nieces and nephews survive.

Billy was a Vietnam Veteran. Also a retiree from Chrysler Corporation in St. Louis after 18 years of service. A member of the Desloge Eagles Number 3350.

His mother, Lillian (Sadler) McIntyre and one brother Dean McIntyre preceded him in death.

Visitation Sunday after 5 p.m. at the Caldwell Funeral Chapel in Park Hills. Services Monday 2 p.m. at the Caldwell Chapel in park Hills with Rev. Edward Bennett officiating. Interment St. Francois Memorial Park Cemetery in Bonne Terre, with full Military Honors.

Billy was an avid bowhunter and fisherman and baseball player.
