Today:

5-7 p.m. Cancer Survivor and Team Registration

5 – 10 p.m. (or later) Children’s Games

5 – 6:45 p.m. Entertainment by Sheriff Dan and his Deputies

7 p.m. Opening Ceremonies on the Main Stage featuring Matt Pratt singing the National Anthem, MAC President Dr. Terry Barnes; Desloge Mayor David Kater; Rev. Bill Miller; Presentations of the Mike Dealy Award and Memorial for Dr. Ted Mueller; followed by Opening Lap around the track by Cancer Survivors; Second lap led by 1140th Engineer Battalion Color Guard honoring Armed Forces.

9 p.m. Luminaria lit around track and names read of those who have battled cancer

11 p.m. – 1 a.m. Canyon on the Main Stage

1 – 6 a.m. Games and Music Unlimited

Throughout the evening: Food sales by the Farmington Elks; Fund-raisers at team campsites; Purchase luminaria for $5 each until 9 p.m. in honor or in memory of someone who has battled cancer; Team members take turns walking the track all night long.

Saturday

6 a.m. Closing Ceremonies and complimentary breakfast.
