Mr. Dwain W. Asberry

FARMINGTON – Mr. Dwain Willis Asberry, 78, passed away August 3, 2005, at his Farmington residence. Dwain was born on April 4, 1927, in Ellington, to Clayton and Floy ‘Willis’ Asberry. Also preceding were: Sisters: Cleta Duncan and June Cook; Brothers: Gene; Chester and Truman Asberry.

He was a US Army World War II Veteran; * VFW Lifetime member and a retired Teamster, Local #574, Cape Girardeau.

Survivors Include: his wife, Virginia Belle ‘Brown’ Asberry; Daughters: Margaret (Carl} Caldwell; Sue (John) Scoppettone and Gina (Doug) March. Sons: Dwain (Angie) Asberry and Kevin Asberry. Sisters: Connie Ahrens and Velma (John) Duffy. Brothers: Dale (Joann) Asberry; Elva (Wilma) Asberry; Foy (Theresa) Asberryi; Udell (Lucy) Asberry. 6 Grandchildren and 6 Great-Grandchildren.

Visitation resumed today, 7 a.m., and funeral today, 10 a.m., at Taylor Funeral Service Chapel, Rev. Dale Berck officiating. Graveside Service, today, 1:30 p.m. at City Cemetery, Ellington, Missouri. Photo obituary & Online Guestbook at:
