Earl Hoehn

DESLOGE – Earl (Ed) Hoehn, of Desloge was born June 2, 1930 in Elvins. He passed away Sunday, October 30 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis begin 75 years of age.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward O. Hoehn and Clara Amsden Hoehn. Also two brothers: Wilber and Lyman Hoehn, and three sisters: Mary Tessereau; Glenda Sprincler, and Rosemary Hoehn along with one great-grandchild, Draven.

Surviving are his wife, Wilma (Thomure) Hoehn of Desloge. Three sons: Steven Hoehn and wife Connie of Park Hills; Barry Hoehn and wife Michelle of Farmington; Scott Hoehn and wife Sunny of Park Hills; one daughter, Dawn, Mrs. Terry McKinney of Bonne Terre; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two sisters: Helen Warren of Park Hills; Marie Ork of Columbus Georgia. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Ed was a Korean Veteran, serving in the United States Marine Corps. He was a former mayor for the city of Desloge, and a member of the D. A. V.

Visitation: Wednesday at 4:30 p.m. at the Caldwell Funeral Home in Park Hills. Services conducted Thursday, 1 p.m. at the Caldwell Memorial Chapel with Rev. Jim DeSpain officiating. Interment: Doe Run Memorial Cemetery in Doe Run.
